About Adam Cipriano:
After graduating from UC Davis with a degree in Economics, Mr. Cipriano became an Officer with Wells Fargo and then Branch Manager with Westamerica Bank.  He then helped to build a new financial staffing company for Gary D. Nelson Associates and was later hired as a Regional Vice President by Olsten / Adecco to help turn around a nationwide legal staffing & search practice. 

In 2001, Mr. Cipriano founded BSG Consulting to bring closely held companies’ big business expertise.  Coaching lead to clients asking for help to retire and the Exit & Succession and M&A practices were born.  Today, Mr. Cipriano spends about 1/3 of his time building the value of organizations and preparing companies prior to a transaction and 2/3 of his time representing clients in a variety of M&A transactions.
