One of the most powerful tax incentives for business owners is Qualifying Small Business Stock (Section 1202 QSBS). This is a rare tax strategy that completely eliminates taxes – the greater of up to $15 million or 10x your basis. The One Big Beautiful Bill just made this tool even more attractive for business owners that may be exiting in 3 to 5 years.
